Got questions?
For first time visitors
It is sufficient to arrive at least 5 minutes before the session so that we can help you settle into your bikes.
You can wear your favorite sports clothes that you are comfortable with, short tights may not be comfortable due to friction, except for cycling tights.
No shoes with flat soles are suitable, sneakers are suitable.
Injury is not unique to this sport. If we determine your level first, and you continue with the right weight and the right movement form, your risk of injury will be at a minimum level.
If you apply the right training program together with a regular and healthy diet, Crossfit will be a very effective tool.
