A personal file gets opened and information such as the person's age, height, weight, sports branch in the past, and wheter if the person has health problems, posture disorder, sugar and blood pressure, are added to this file.
During the training, necessary follow-ups are made and technical information is shared accordingly.
The weak point of the individual's body is determined and the necessary training method is applied.

With 60 minutes of training, it allows your body to change and develop and discharge your spirit. Our workouts begin with a warm-up, then we prepare our knees for the workout by moving on to climbing and sprinting, then refocusing on the weight series and finally ending our workout with a cool-down.
Our 60-minute workouts are usually accompanied by 40 minutes of cycling and 20 minutes of hit workouts and work the whole body. When our adaptation time to the bike is provided, our rides take action quickly. You'll be surprised how quickly you adapt.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer pilates is the general name of pilates using a set of apparatus and equipment. During the lesson, we also practice with the reformer instruments and also on the mat. One session is 60 minutes.
The main benefits of reformer pilates are; It benefits your mental and physical development, increases the flexibility of your body, regulates breathing, increases your calorie burning rate, reduces your risk of back and neck hernia, and allows you to get a tight and fit body in a short time by taking only 1 hour from your day.

Crossfit is a lifestyle that aims to achieve many goals such as better performance, healthy life and weight loss with effective exercise and healthy nutrition.
Crossfit is not a specific training method; It is a method of applying many training methods according to a certain system. The applied training is called functional training.
These are: EMOM, AMRAP, FOR TIME, INTERVAL
Crossfit can be preferred for many goals such as speed, agility, quickness, strength, gymnastics, flexibility, balance and conditioning.
It includes many difficult branches. Some of these are weightlifting and gymnastics. To summarize briefly, they are functional training done at high heart rate.
